Inappropriately Discarded Object.

Location: Albany, Center Square, my neighbor’s roof

Evidence: Heavy down comforter on roof.

What happened?: Possibly someone was sunning on roof?  Maybe someone was trying catching a stray cat on the roof by using down comforter as net?  Maybe someone’s bed flew out the window backwards and now only the blanket remains?

What is to be done now?:  Is there anyone still under the blanket?  Should I call someone?  Should I leave the blanket alone?  Should I let it grow into the roof?
